EDITOR — I would like to reinforce complains made by several readers in your paper over Zesa’s unfair load-shedding.
I also stay in Chadcombe where one of your readers recently wrote to voice displeasure on the unfair practises by the power authority.
Just yesterday, there were about four power outages at five to 10-minute intervals posing a risk to our electrical gadgets.
It seems in this area load-shedding is virtually permanent, on rare occasions do we wake up or return home from work to find power available.
We experience frequent power outages which can go for over 12 hours.
We understand the need for load-shedding but there is need for a clear schedule to be publicised which Zesa should stick to so that customers can plan accordingly and not be inconvenienced.
